Ocypode saratan (Forskål, 1775)
The ghost crab is commonly found on sandy beaches in holes. Where it seeks shelter during the day, and forages on the shores or intertidal areas from dusk until dawn.
The body color is yellowish white, the extremities of the legs are orange.
This crabs are mainly saprophagous consumers that feed on remains of dead fish, mollusks and other smaller crabs.
