Notaeolidia gigas is a cold water sea slug. This species live in the Antarctic and was found at depths of 3-50 m. Notaeolidia gigas have 3 rows of cerata down each side(more than two hundred on each body side).
Notaeolidia gigas feeds on large hydroids genus Tubularia.The white spirally egg ribbons has been found on Rhodophyta algae.
