Pennatuloidea

Pennatuloidea are a superfamily of the eight-rayed flower animals (Octocorallia), which populate the sand and mud bottoms of all the world's oceans. They usually live at greater depths, only in the tropics in shallow water.

Predators are snails of the genus Armina, which specialize in these animals as food.
