Info

Chitonotus pugetensis (Steindachner, 1876)

Chitonotus pugetensis is a small benthic bullhead often found on sandy bottoms, but also on muddy bottoms. Generally, the fish lives in intertidal zones.

Aquarium observations of the species indicate that Chitonotus pugetensis is nocturnal and therefore still less well known.
