Hamodactylus aqabai Bruce & Svoboda, 1983

Shrimps from the genus Hamodactylus are usually very small, 1 - 1.5 cm. These animals are highly camouflaged in their host soft corals, usually taking in the colouration and also the markings/patterns of the coral tubercles or polyps.

Hamodactylus aqabai - host Litophyton arboreum and Nephthea sp.

Similar to Hamodactylus paraqabai and Hamodactylus pseudaqabai.
